* We ship all our items via UPS Ground, unless you request faster delivery. In that case we simply pass on the difference of cost to you - we don't make any money on additional shipping.
* Because all of Nintendo's products carry a one year warranty (some items can be extended to 15 months via registration at their website) we do not accept returns. You are protected by Nintendo's warranty, and encourage you to work with them.
* Having said that, we believe customer service is REALLY important! If your item is DOA (dead on arrival) we will work with you within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Will can not be responsible for shipping fees however (our prices are too low!)
